I loved how easy it was to explore places like the beautiful Lac de Divonne, just a short walk away, and Coppet Castle, a charming landmark only a bit over 3 km from the hotel. The serene atmosphere really enhanced my weekend getaway experience.

The breakfast was good, but unfortunately, the breakfast room is a small, windowless room and not nearly comparable to the restaurant with view to the lake that is shown on the pictures.

great location , but noisy rooms

The location was fantastic for exploring both Geneva and the Auvergne-Rhone-Alps region. The pool area offered fine mountain views. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, with a wide selection of quality items including freshly made omelettes and organic juices.

Unfortunately, we encountered some noise issues from adjacent rooms that occasionally disrupted our peace.

I greatly enjoyed this pleasant and fabulous hotel in the middle of the city. The location in a fabulous area was nice. A mall and a supermarket where right next door.

The location is very good.

The only thing we did not like were the hard mattresses.

The Superior Double or Twin Room Lake Side was super comfy and clean. The mini fridge was a nice touch, keeping our drinks cold. The A/C worked perfectly after a long day out. The room was spacious, and I loved the view. Only downside was the noise. I could hear people in the next room sometimes. But overall, it was a great stay.

The property is functional and perfectly clean, offers rich and comprehensive breakfasts. Competent staff, they smile all the time. The rooms are perfect, brand-new, and come with a mini bar fridge, air conditioner and a personal safe. Offers EXCELLENT service and outstanding food. Regular shuttle is available to town.

We are often in the area and stayed in this hotel for the first time. Very decent family rooms with lake view, for us the perfect location, and it was pleasantly quiet. Great breakfast buffet!

Beautiful view from my lake-side room. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, catering to all tastes. The swimming pool was a hit with the kids. Staff were helpful whenever I needed assistance. A calming and pleasant stay 🌄

Breakfast tray too small to carry everything. At busy times there are long queues at both food and drink stations.

The wellness area's layout is user-friendly. The accessibility is commendable, catering well to senior guests seeking a soothing experience.

More dining options for seniors would be helpful.

The evening meal was really excellent. Service was a little slow, but staff pleasant. Front-desk staff very helpful. Would certainly stay again.

It is a little way out of town, but there is a free airport shuttle, and from the airport central Geneva is readily accessable by bus & train. Technically there is a "lake view", but not really! Right on the motorway so a bit of traffic noise, but not enough to be a real pain.

Reception was friendly and efficient. Hotel room was just refurbished and clean,

Breakfast was poor; no plates or cutlery, messy, tables not cleaned up. Room was cramped and due to fact just being refurbished strong smell from the furniture,but other colleagues ended up in older rooms which were poor. Service in the bar was poor as bartender was not always available where there were a lot of guests. Shuttle service not always reliable as full is full, so don't rely on this.
